Join us for Chicagoland North English Country Dance (ECD) from 6:30-9 p.m. in Glenview at John’s Park Field House. English Country Dance is social and pattern-based, with a caller guiding each dance—similar to Contra and barn dancing. No partner or experience is needed; all figures are walked through before each dance.
We recommend bringing your own water bottle. If you bring snacks to share, we suggest they be bite-sized and easy to eat neatly.
For more information, please see our website.

In order to make sure our space is welcoming and accessible to as much of the community as possible, we’re requiring masks to be worn at the dance.
The dance hall is on the second floor, up ~1.5 flights of stairs. There is no elevator to this part of the facility. The dance hall has plenty of seats and gender-inclusive restrooms. Please reach out if we can help with accessibility needs.
This is a space for everyone to feel welcome and loved! We oppose racism, sexism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other form of discrimination. If someone is violating your boundaries or harassing you, please speak to an organizer. If you feel something, say something, and we will take action to address it.
